Marsh and Marsh Properties offers Lettings, Lettings Management and Tenant Finder services.  All viewings and advertisings are conducted via Marsh and Marsh Properties.

The administration and financial control of Lettings is handled via a specialist third party management team called “Lets Help” who perform the Pre-Tenancy Administration and Property Management.  They provide all the paperwork, and expertise required to ensure Tenants and Landlords are safe and compliant to industry legislation.  Their back office services ensure Landlords and Tenants are provided with quality service by their Staff who are ‘ARLA’ qualified and trained and also registered with the Property Ombudsman for Lettings.  They deal with the complete move in process from Offer Acceptance stage to Inventory Check In, and Full Management through to Deposit return.  They also provide a 24/7 emergency call service for tenants should there be, for example, a serious water or gas leak.

The use of “Lets Help” enables Marsh and Marsh Properties to concentrate on the advertising and viewings for both Lettings and Sales.

Lets Help Property Management Services handle the lettings client money and are also part of the propertymark client money protection scheme.
