Owing to planned retirement, there is an opportunity for a suitable person to join a thriving and well established estate agency as a Director. The selected person must fit seamlessly with the existing team. Key requirements being:
Experience of valuing property
Experience of housing progressions
Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office, especially, Word, Excel, Publisher & Outlook
Ability to work in a small team
Dedicated and willing to work hard
The right personality to work hand in hand with other directors
Willing to work five days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday – 9am-5pm
Time wasters need not apply. All the above must be satisfied to be considered.
As a Director, there is no guaranteed income though profits will be shared, it is up to the individual to maintain and expand the existing company – from this, as with all other directors, an income will be earned. This is not a job for the faint-hearted. This is a career for a conscientious, hardworking, dedicated individual who will be relentless in the pursuit of excellent customer service and the desire to drive the company to new heights.
